Addictive behaviors, whether it be drugs, alcohol, gambling, or other behaviors not only affect you. They affect your family and friends as well. Sometimes, the client will often talk about the loss of family member and friends, as these people have been hurt too many times to be there for the client. We help you prevent cases like these.
We offer a variety of treatment options including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We will help guide you toward the treatment options in which will work best for you.

Our individual therapy sessions are open to anyone who needs or wants the opportunity to talk about what’s going on in his/her life. This is a time to explore feelings, behaviors and options for dealing with people, places and things effectively. In the end, we hope to help them obtain new skills to live a healthier and happier life.
Many couples find couples therapy to be very helpful. Having a neutral therapist who can help each party verbalize expectations, feelings and issues can help couples to work through their problems and build better habits for the future. People also use couples therapy to find new ways of having fun together and getting their needs met.
When one family member is hurting, everyone is affected. Everyone finds a way to cope – sometimes in healthy ways, and sometimes in unhealthy ways. The only way to heal is to have effective communication, which starts when each family member feels they are being heard and respected.
We offer a variety of group therapy experiences: addictions, codependency, parents, youth, anger management, domestic violence and trauma. Group therapy is helpful for people to no longer feel alone, receive validation, be supported, and be in an environment they feel they can be open and honest in.
